I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the professional body dedicated to ensuring ethical practice and prioritising client welfare.Â

I take a humanistic approach, trusting in your innate capacity for self-awareness, growth, and healing. I view therapy as a collaborative process that honors your autonomy and unique lived experience.
I also bring in somatic awareness, supporting you in gently tuning into your body as a source of insight. Our bodies often hold experiences and emotions that words alone can’t express. By listening to physical sensations and cues, we can deepen your connection to yourself and work with what’s emerging in the present moment.
